TriggerTech is pleased to offer a limited production run of our new, patent pending Skeletonized Face Levers. The decision to include this lever in our full-time product lineup will be based on feedback from this run. Limited Quantities.

A Note on Lever Evolution

The trigger lever is where you connect with your firearm. We believe the bond should be perfect. The Traditional Curved lever was designed with the right amount of bend and vertical grooves to keep your finger in place. It is ideal for hunting, target shooting and everyday use. Our Flat Straight lever offers a different feel and striking appearance. An operator can influence the triggers pull weight by moving their finger up or down on the lever (more leverage when the finger is placed towards the bottom of the lever, creating a lighter pull). The edges are neither round nor sharp enabling control without discomfort. The locator numb is large enough to be noticed yet minimalist enough that it is possible to effectively operate even with your finger over this point.

We thought that these two options had us fully covered until some competitive shooters told us that if our Traditional Curved lever and Flat Straight lever reproduced, the offspring would be perfect for competition.

The Traditional Curved (left), Pro Curved (Center) and Flat Straight (Right) in the PVD Black Finish.
The Pro Curved lever is the result of listening to feedback from competitive shooters. This lever features the same curved profile as the Traditional Curved lever but offers a flat face to provide the operator with clearer feedback to help ensure that trigger pulls are straight back. The difference in feel is surprisingly dramatic. The Pro Curved lever is available on several our product offerings. Skeletonized trigger levers have also been around for a long time. We were not the first with this idea and we have made some on request for several of our OEM customers. While they may look cool, the benefits of a traditional skeletonized lever to the shooter are negligible.

But then we had the idea of skeletonizing the face of the lever. After prototype testing a few clear user benefits emerged:
  • Two points of contact provide enhanced feedback for straighter trigger pulls
  • Enhanced tactile feedback to make finger position more repeatable
  • Boat tail bullet skeletonized profile provides a unique and striking appearance
  • Improved trigger lever grip in some situations

We believe the Skeletonized Face Levers takes shooter feedback and custom rifle appearance to the next level. Customers who purchase this product will receive an emailed survey to gather their feedback on the trigger. We look forward to your feedback!

For the time being you can find the skeletonized face levers on our AR15 Diamonds and Remington 700 Single and Two Stage Diamond triggers.
